What a year...

Wow, it's hard to believe that our school year has come to an end. It seems we just got started! On Monday, June 2nd said good-bye to all our classmates. The morning class went to the office to lead the school in the Pledge of Allegiance. We gave "Center Time" one last go round. We cleaned the room a bit and said good-bye to our friends. Mrs. Blakely gave us all a hug and a DVD of Kindergarten Memories. It was a sad day, we really like school so saying good-bye was difficult! We hope everyone has a fun summer. Please check back here often because there will be summer updates; including a summer review for Easy Tech.

WOW!! This is also our 100th post on our blog!! ;-)

I've enjoyed reading your blog, kindergarten. Have lots of fun this summer, and have a great year in first grade. (It's even better than kindergarten!)

Hi Mrs. Cassidy,
I will say I envy that the First grade teachers get to have the kids ALL DAY! Double the time...Duble the fun! That alone makes for a great day in school.
;-)
I let the First grade teachers know this is a very tech-savvy group that is moving up...hope First grade is ready for them! ;-)
Thanks for checking in on us!

Hi Spencer (and Family),
As soon as we can get rid of some of the rain, I think I'll enjoy the summer even more. I've been planting flowers in between the storms.
Spencer, have you gone to the "new and improved" pool yet?
Glad you checked the blog and left a note.
Love,
Mrs. Blakely

Hey Cindy
Hope you enjoy your summer holidays. Thanks so much for sharing your class blog with us over this year. We look forward to meeting your new Kindergarten children soon. Perhaps we will have to make a movie to introduce ourselves to each other...

Hi Tania,
We realy enjoyed the exchange between our classes this year. We learned so much about New Zealand! I am looking forward to next year as well. Yes, a movie sounds great! We'll plan on it. You guys are having winter now right? What's that like there? Nothing like the below zero temperatures we get here I am sure!
