Dance Friday...

We declared this past Friday, "Dance Friday" in our class. Of course we did our regular work (minus visiting the computer lab...we're making up a snow day). But then Mrs. Blakely brought out her iPod and we danced to the tunes. We thought this might be a different sort of way to burn off a little extra energy. It was fun. Everyone participated. We have some very good dancers in Kindergarten. And despite what some kids thought, you could do it without actually bringing your "dancing shoes" to class ;-).

We just LOVE dancing. We have lots of different music and we like to use ribbons to dance with - i will have to make a movie of Manaia children dancing.. I like the music you are using - getting the party started! We are having a party soon to celebrate over 10000 visitors to our blog.. Look forward to dancing. What a great way to have fun and exercise too.
