Fun with Vocabulary Words...

As part of our Language Arts Curriculum, we are reviewing "positional words". We thought it might be fun to use a few of our classroom "Foster pets" to help us with our learning:

Yes! We are having fun using our friends to help us with our learning. We also used the photos to make a class book. The kids LOVE reading it over and over again!

This is an awesome idea to teach positional words! It reminds me of when I was learning about prepositions in the 3rd grade and my teacher told me that if a squirel can go "insert word (boyond, behind, around, beneath)" then it is a preposition. This stuck with me all my life so I know the demonstration with the dog will stick with your kiddos as well!
